Hard prune curry leaf plant in winter

It is already February.

It is time for the curry leaf plant growers to prune to promote new buds to shoot while in winter. While the prune is so simple, I understand that a lot of curry leaf plant growers are reluctant to carry out hard prune. But, I am hearing from a lot of them that they were glad to have pruned the plant as to the outcome was good.

I compiled a video of my prune work for you. (honestly, just cutting the plant)

The leaves taken off from the plant can be kept in a plastic bag then put it in a fridge for a few days. If there were the leaves unused, you can fry them to preserve, as I wrote a blog before. I certainly do not recommend to freeze or dry the leaves as to the aroma which is the essential part of the curry leaf would be gone.
